- The game's Spanish language version was announced on February 10, 2006[1]
- The Prerelease versions of the game's cartridge, and box art both had Dory which were removed from the final
- Prerelease had a simpler background
- Final version's boxart only has Nemo and his father, while the prerelease had more characters on the front
- The upper right corner had the Disney Interactive Studios logo removed in the final
- The Smartridge used in the console image used to not even be the right game on the Prerelease
- The console used used to be an early prerelease design
- The prerelease version's smartridge used to have it's artwork just be the boxart, but mirrored
- On the main menu at the bottom of the screen you can see the animation not properly looping like the rest.
